10 Things I wish I Knew Before I Got My Scoliosis Surgery

If you are reading this, you probably have scoliosis. You're also probably about to get a spinal fusion and if not, you're at least considering it. Let me just start off by saying that compared to most physical conditions, scoliosis really isn't that bad (and yes, my scoliosis was bad) the following might give you the exact opposite impression, but just keep in mind that I wouldn't change getting my surgery done for the world. It was probably one of the best decisions I ever made. As Mr Tony Robbins says "it is in your moments of decision that your destiny is changed". I was diagnosed with scoliosis when I was 10 by my mom who also has scoliosis (thanks for passing it on, Mom).
